direct message die roll commands result in two responses from bot.

if i dm a die roll to the bot, it dms two different die rolls in response.

I can confirm this, but only outside of DMs.

We are having an issue similar issue but it is within a Dnd sever I help mod over. When one of our players was doing there rolls it would act as if they rolled it twice. We have kicked the bot seeing if it will reset it but that was a failure.
note: this is happing in all chats. and in a different server, they are not having that issue.

I am having the same problem. I run a D&D server and the bot keeps returning 2 rolls. I tried reinviting but no success. Other commands also return 2 responses
