Invalid character (missing from language)

When i try to create dataset, i get the error "Invalid character (missing from language)"
Any suggestions how to solve it?

You need to remove these characters from your transcription file.

I've also received this error a few times when trying to bring in a utf-8 encoded text file. When I change the encoding to ANSI, it had no issues at all.
