as for issue #188, we should be able to install gempyor from git :)

The line is
pip install --no-deps "git+https://github.com/HopkinsIDD/flepiMoP.git@breaking-improvments#egg=gempyor&subdirectory=flepimop/gempyor_pkg"

We now need to update the documentation
