[BUG] 會員綁定郵件失敗，收不到認證信件 #332

在會員帳號設置中，要綁定郵件都收不到認證信件
測試過 gmail , gmx , QQ 幾個著名的大型郵件網站都一樣沒收到
也不在垃圾信件中

抱歉，近期我們會優化，之前的電子郵件服務有問題，目前還不支持綁定
