Description of issue
Having issues deleting older programs in Mission Control. We're still on an older version (unsure which one).

Steps to reproduce

From Mission Control, Under the Setup dropdown menu, navigate to Program Management and click one of the red X buttons beside a program and click Delete when the "Are you sure?" popup appears.

Expected behavior

Expected the program to be deleted

Actual behavior

Reached a 500 error page instead

Any help would be appreciated. Tried deleting from the database side, but there are dependencies that prevent a direct deletion.

Hi, @DevTeamChatt - I apologize for not getting back to you sooner on this issue, I must have missed it.

As you've noticed (by trying to delete a program from the database side) there are a ton of dependencies on programs. We start all of our programs with an empty database so we generally aren't deleting programs during our reading programs.

That being said: trying to delete a program should show a friendly error message with what the issue is, not a 500 server error. I've run a couple limited tests here and I'm not able to get the error that you got.

If it's possible, can you look in the shared/logs/ folder and see if the log files have the 500 error listed in them? I realize you may have to redact stuff from the logs but that might help me zero in on the issue. Alternately you could send me a backup of your database. If you are logged in, you can find my email address on my GitHub profile (@k7hpn) and send the logs/backup there rather than post them publicly if you prefer.

Hey, just saw your response. We're still having the issue, so I'll look into it and see if I can't get you the logs. Not sure if I can send the data or not - we're pretty strict on what we can and can't make public. Thanks for getting back to me - no worries about the timing.

Thanks, the only thing I am looking for is error messages from the software - I certainly don't want any patron/customer information at all.
