Phase 3: Split "Food Pantry" Programs from isActive

  1. Change the "isActive" property to boolean [true, false] and modify the client form.
  2. Create a new "clientPrograms" property in SM-Clients as an array of list of programs: [ Food-Pantry-Emergency", "Food Pantry", "Clothes Closet", "ABC Playtime", "Studio-After School", "ESL Tutoring", "Teen Leadership Program", "VITA Tax Preparation Services", "Studio Summer Camp", "Teen Leadership Camp".
  3. Make changes to the client form. (tbd)
