*ConvertCSVToRecords* - Randomly doesnt create the records in Database

Hi.

We use this component in flow.
and its amazing.
But there is one Isuue.
Randomly, a user would upload a file, and the flow would run proporly.
(No errors..)
But the records arn't Actally created in DataBase.
When I try to reproduce the records are creted propoly.
Don't know what makes it somtime create and somtimes not.
Please help us!!
