Generate a NPM package that would wrap Semantic allowing us to create components while deciding between dark and light themes.

Roadmap

Having a npm package
Start consuming Semantic components from the new package
Generating a toggle for light/dark theme
Applying design definitions to the new package
-Applying dark overrides
Use Story Book to showcase how components look like
