Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently all exported metrics are lumped into the same custom metrics/open census path. We should have better prefixes to differentiate between them.

Describe the solution you'd like

Prefixes applied to external metrics. Should be possible via stackdriver.Options or in the view names.
