I am clicking the button to generate a certificate and it is not doing anything.
Port 443 is opened.

It seems that this is an issue with this panel, I do not believe that this function is working well on all OSs, however, what I did was I installed certbot and started issuing certificates on my own. You can find more here:

I hope that helps you out. Otherwise, you can try using a different panel, such as CyberPanel for example. However, please note that usually the free panels are having issues and you might have the same issue with CyberPanel as well.
