docker-compose (hyphen) versus docker compose (no hyphen) in ./manage script #732

v2 of docker/compose repo uses docker compose (no hyphen) versus v1 docker-compose (with hyphen).
The ./manage script still uses docker-compose so it doesn't work if you've installed v2 of docker compose.
Work around is to manually remove the hyphen from every docker-compose command in the ./manage script file.
