On user register :

Send IP, MacAddress + Browser Info to the backend

On Login :

If no error continue as normal
If error on no allowed IP or MacAddress to show a popup mention an email was sent to confirm the new IP/Mac Address - confirm that after clickiung the link on email the user enters the interface
