Integrate with Otel-Contrib

For wider and easier adoption of Cilium/Hubble observability, this should be changed to be a receiver included in the OTel contrib collector package. I have opened a new component issue there and it has gotten several likes and views.

Hi @kikokikok. The hubble-otel project is deprecated and there are no plans for otel-contrib integration.

If you want to get Hubble flows into OpenTelemetry Collector, then you can configure Hubble exporter to save flows in a file, then use filelog receiver to read this file. Then the flows can be exported to any logs storage. Transforming flows into a different format is currently not supported by the Hubble project (although doing it inside OpenTelemetry collector is technically doable).
