Hi,

I was trying to set up your project, when I stumbled upon a few issues:

PIL seems to be missing in your "needs to be installed" list
It would be great to know which version of which package should be used
It would be nice to know the python version used as PIL apparently is not supporting any Python version from 3 onward

little follow up: even using Python 2.6.6 PIL seems to not be able to be collected by pip
