Batch Wise Student Engagement

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have LMS Batches, it would be great if any academy engage students only with those who has enrolled in that particular batch. Engagement may be happen through FCM Notification, Email, SMS, WhatsApp etc.

@asharamseervi there is already a discussion section in batches where moderators and students of that batch can have discussions.
