A way to aggregate multiple ISCC-CODEs into a single ISCC-CODE.

Use Case:

create a canonical ISCC-CODE for a collection of multiple files
create a canonical ISCC-CODE for directory of files including subdirectories
create a canonical ISCC-CODE for container formats that embed other files
