Describe the bug
On the UI the timestamp has the wrong format - month is incorrect.

To reproduce
I just run Sherpa and on the GUI i see:
Completed | 2020-0-30 10:55:57.594 +0000 UTC

Expected behavior
Completed | 2020-01-30 10:55:57.594 +0000 UTC

Environment:
Sherpa version: 0.4.1
