Improving marker clustering so that clusters zoom in instead of expanding at any level apart from max zoom

If you look at the official Alcoholics Anonymous redesigned webpage find-a-meeting map view you will notice that when the map is zoomed out moving over a cluster of markers does not expand to a spider collection of markers instead it zooms the map until the maximum zoom is reached this would be a nice feature to add.
