feat: Support parsing ID's from CSL data

What were you trying to do?
I'd like to search within CSL data to find various ID values. There are government IDs, National ID, Tax ID, Refugee ID Card, Personal ID Card, etc.

What did you expect to see?
An option to search by ?id=<qry> or other query params to return specific results.

What did you see?
No such query param or option exists.

Other Notes
We'll need to categorize the ID types before parsing them out.
