Hi,
Thanks for this helpful utility, Before I wanted to find some tools for this purpose as I do a lot of dd'ing on vm images,
Which is slow, and most time, this huge block write operation will affects other machines.
I tried xdelta3, Which seems a bit hard hard to use for me.

After I read the doc for blocksync-fast, I feel, damn, This is want I always wanted.

Thanks. :-)

Thank you for your interest in the blocksync-fast program. As the author, I am pleased that it can be useful.

I created it for my own needs and then decided to improve it and release it as open source. The program works very well for me and operates without errors, performing incremental backups of servers and virtual machines. The largest image I transfer over the network is 4TB - from a Synology disk (I also have a special version of the program for Synology).

I plan to release another version with minor aesthetic changes and improvements. The program is fully automated with scripts, and I can provide newer, improved versions of the scripts that can be customized for your own needs.

I am eager to hear any suggestions and receive feedback once you start using the program. I would appreciate any comments on what could be improved or what is missing.

The program description may seem complicated, but I tried to make all the functions simple to use. I am happy to provide additional information on the operation of the program or creating backups using it.

Regards ;)
