Describe the bug
After the upgrade to 29.0.2 I changed the Media folder to the old Folder which contains God knows how many subfolders and lot's of photos.

Previews dissapear on version 29.0.2

When I scroll down to generate previews for other Photos and go back to the beginning of the screen some previews are missing that were previously there. There's empty spaces, photos can be clicked and opened though.

Photo previews on top of the page do come back after a while when I close the Browser and come back, but dissapear again when I scroll down to generate new previews, different photos are missing now.

This photo is when I first open the Nextcloud after giving it a break.

This photo is when I scroll down and come back up to the top.

There's about 10% iowait even few minutes after I closed the Browser. Is it generating previews still?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Photo App
  2. Wait for previews to generate
  3. Scroll down to further down and come back
  4. See above explanation.

Expected behavior
Previews don't dissapear when I scroll down and up again.

After I close the Browser there is no iowait after a while, here it seems it's regenerating previews since the folder change?

Previews actually seem to be much faster for the photos I haven't looked at, so the previews might not have been generated for them, but some previews stil do dissapear. It seems now only 33% of my CPU is used where as before it would go into 80% when I scroll down very fast but then there wouldn't be lingering iowait as there is now.

Edit:* Apparently some users uploaded more photos (Today, Jun 25th). I tried to open the Photo App and the server froze, I coudn't even SSH into the server until I refreshed the page and then the Photos loaded with already generated previews.
