CTRL crashing on Create Palette selection

At the link is a screencap of ctrl crashing when "Create Palette" is selected in Settings.

...at end of video you can see I'm using an iPad 8th gen running iOS 15.2

@danieldean1 Thanks for the info.

If you haven't already, enable iPad Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Share with App Developers (you will also need to enable Share iPad Analytics), then replicate the issue. (You can turn off once complete)
This will allow us to get the crash data directly.

Gotcha. I've checked those settings and they are currently both on. There are several .ips crash reports in the Analytics Data, I pulled one, see attached - the file type is not supported here so I converted it to .txt
