Transfer codacy integration to codacy org

Codacy was set up on @gaocegege's account -- now I have set it up on mine. However, there is a way to create a Codacy organization (not the same as a GitHub organization) and Transfer the codacy project to that org:

Once you transfer a repository, there is no going back. Please be certain.

This may require re-badging readme.md -- not sure. We can do it once there are multiple active developers working collaborating on the repo.
