This is an FYI for the GM/moderator of the next FH game:
There is an apparent bug in which you cannot Teach a tech to 'zero' level, as reported in the rules. Using the zero quantity has caused the referee's program to crash in previous games.
It has been recommended that you always specify the exact level you wish to Teach.
I'm not sure (of course), if this was due to the FH program, or the setup on the previous computers running the game, but it has apparently happened in more than one game (or so I was informed in the past).
