Handling keys that were pressed fast

Application sometimes doesn't handle all keystrokes. If you're fast enough, you can reproduce this in notepad - press down arrow key twice, wait a little and press up arrow key twice (and repeat this procedure few times). You will see that sometimes "Up" or "Down" is shown once even though it has been pressed twice.
