Please provide some reference open source implementation of other pallets which uses pallet-did.

This seems to be project that uses a similar pallet: https://github.com/peaqnetwork/peaq-network-node/blob/dev/runtime/src/lib.rs#L476

I would also have a look at what Kilt is doing with their own implementation of DIDs: https://dev.kilt.io/docs/sdk/core-feature/did
