Where are tests for plugins?

At least for hook-callback.js, numerous chai.assert assertions in

• Embedded scripts in demo/*.html
• demo/normalize.js
• demo/lhs.js
• etc.

The assertions are evaluated on loading the entry page and the views to provide hook-callback.js with practical and comprehensive verification within the demo

Notes

• Code coverage for hook-callback.js was periodically verified
  • Not checked-in yet as the method is still manual and tricky
• Plugin sources should be separated from the demo and the plugin configurations
  • The process is not trivial
