Update npm package dependencies

Root Cause

  • Some dependent packages are too old and even unable to install except for using npm ci with package-lock.json, which is missing in the npm package

Notes

  • Semver is practically not effective
  • I am sorry it may take some time for me to update to the up-to-date and appropriate versions
