Archive not-Verified Projects on TRACE

@WhyldWanderer made a great (private) spreadsheet outlining which projects should be archived & which left on TRACE as "verified".
The process of reaching out to projects is still in progress, but almost complete!! Here's where we're at:

• waiting on responses from the two remaining campaign owners. Ashley will a deadline for responses and if its not met, they will be archived.
• Once the list is finished @mohammadranjbarz archive them in the backend
• Admin dashboard on TRACE is not necessary for this round of archiving

Going forward, projects will only be added to TRACE via the onboarding wizard from io
If a project loses verified status or needs to be "cancelled/unlisted" on io... the connected project on TRACE gets archived.

the release is not just for admin part of archiving, it's also for disable donation for archived campaigns, so I think still we need release.

PS: the archived feature is implemented in this way that campaign owner can unArchive it, if we want to not allow campaignOwner to unArchive campaign please tell us to change it and limit this actions for admin user

We can use cancelling instated of archiving. Arching means unlisting and avoid further donations. @mohammadranjbarz @WhyldWanderer @laurenluz
