GDX Looker SBC

Lifecycle:Maturing

The GDX Analytics project to support Service BC analytics implementations.

Features

This project includes Snowplow schemas and Looker LookML code to support measurement and reporting for the Queue Managment System in Service BC offices and registration for appointments.

Requirements

Requires deployment onto a Looker instance with access to database tables as referenced by the '*.lkml' files.

Project Status

This project is in production and the GDX Analytics Team will continue to update and maintain the project as required.

Contents by Directory:

Snowplow schemas can be found in schemas/.

Diagrams showing the flows that are modelled are included in flow_diagrams/. The XML files can be edited using the free online Draw IO tool.

Queue Managment System

The Queue Managment System will be used to manage the citizen flow and provide analtyics for our Service BC locations. This system is designed to be used for government offices with a large number of services.

GDX-Analytics-Looker-theq_sdpr_block/ The GDX Analytics project to support SDPR queue management analytics, which is based on this repository.
