EstNLTK's workflows

• detect_inconsistencies -- workflows for detecting inconsistencies between different annotation layers;
• diff_morph_analysis -- workflow for comparing automatic morphological annotations with previous versions of morphological annotations stored in a PostgreSQL collection;
• diff_named_entities -- workflow for comparing automatic named entity annotations with previous versions of named entity annotations stored in a PostgreSQL collection;
• enc_workflows -- workflows for importing and processing the Estonian National Corpus (Eesti keele ühendkorpus) with EstNLTK, and storing either as json files or as a PostgreSQL collection;
• koondkorpus_workflows -- workflows for importing and processing the Estonian Reference Corpus (Eesti keele koondkorpus) with EstNLTK, and storing either as json files or as a PostgreSQL collection;
• legacy -- legacy workflows, no longer maintained nor supported;
