Describe the issue

The setup.yaml file doesn't include Inputs.fluentd.fluent.io and ClusterInputs.fluentd.fluent.io CRDs

To Reproduce

Look into file

Expected behavior

CRDs Inputs.fluentd.fluent.io and ClusterInputs.fluentd.fluent.io to be present
