Due to the slow development of rsub, I am now maintaining a fork of rsub at https://github.com/randy3k/RemoteSubl
and it has included this feature.

I feel better to maintain my own fork because I am planning to extend the so called rmate protocol. It doesn't make any sense to still use the same protocol for textmate while textmate is slowing dying. The plan is to define a more flexible protocol which allows more things to happen. Though, it is just a plan.
