CentOS 9 stream is currently not supported/generated with the actual version of distrobuilder.
I tried to edit the code of distrobuilder to be able to generate CentOS 9 stream images.
The one (container only, not a cloud version) I have generated seems to work correctly (used in a CI).
I was able to generate a VM version but didn't check it.
I made a PR to also edit the lxc-ci repository.
Resolves #598.
