- sources/gentoo: Download portage tree
- managers/portage: Make refresh a no-op
This downloads the latest portage tree snapshot which avoids having to run `emerge --sync` every time which fails quite often. Signed-off-by: Thomas Hipp <thomas.hipp@canonical.com>
This makes the refresh command a no-op. When managing packages, the refresh command is always called. Now that Gentoo uses the latest portage tree snapshot, a refresh isn't needed anymore. Signed-off-by: Thomas Hipp <thomas.hipp@canonical.com>
