Solid Colour Themes (or a way to set theme to the brighter colour)

Hi there, I'd like to create control objects with the brighter of the two colours in an internal theme - and more importantly be able to set them to that colour via the OSC API from the application they are controlling - ie bright red rather than greyed-out red. Any way to do this (in the basic licence level) or could it be added?

Yes, anything included in the theme system will be available to set via the OSC API.

Hi Matt, All I really need is bright flat colours - Image 3 is fine. What I would be doing is creating selector panels in QLab. Typically I’d have a row of buttons, and when you’d push a chosen button, I’d use an OSC message back from QLab to change that button from a neutral ‘off’ colour such as dark blue to Green or something, and at the same time send messages to all the other buttons to change them back to dark blue. Typically all the remote control panels I do are something like that, as it allows for multiple people to be controlling the QLab system using different methods (rather than having that ‘radio button’ colour changing logic happening locally in the ctrl for iPad setup.
