Make LieAlgebraModule tests better gc-able (#3913)

* Move some definitions to smaller scoped

to make them gc-able earlier

* Put some tests in small `let` scopes

for immediate gc afterwards

* Skip one excessive test

* Move LieAlgebraModule-test.jl to long test subset
