PRI 602 01 USB
The programming interface PRI 602-… USB connects a Windows PC via the USB port to the Siedle In-Home bus and the Siedle Vario bus.
It is currently not know whether this product uses software licensed under the GNU General Public License.
- FTDI Chip FTDI CDM drivers are used to access this device. Most likely it contains an FTDI Chip USB-to-serial bridge chip

- The ZBVG 650-... is plugged into bus line rectifier BNG 650-... .
- BPS 650-0 software can be used with the USB Programming interface to access the Siedle In-Home-Bus
- PRS 602-... software can be used with the USB Programming interface to access the Siedle Vario-Bus
(Note to manufacturer: since you are using Linux in some of your products it would be nice if you would offer your software for Linux, too and not assume everyone has Windows)
Protocols
- Siedle In-Home-Bus seems to be proprietary and undocumented. Needs independent security research. (Note to the manufacturer, "security by obscurity" never works. Please document the Siedle In-Home-Bus.)
