Description
The fix for
inf2dependency packages(requirements/neuronx.txt) made in #2887 were reverted in #2838. This PR reintroduces the fix.Fixes failing Inf2 benchmark: https://github.com/pytorch/serve/actions/runs/7605686524/job/20720061083
